Rachel's Roadhouse: American Dining in Mercer, PA

On my way to Grove City Outlets and happened to cut through this corner and find myself dining here for lunch. Never heard of Rachel’s Roadhouse but had a decent idea of what they serve. We ordered two French Onion Soups for appetiser, Blackened Shrimp Tacos, and a Big Fish Sandwich. The soup nostalgically reminds me of what Outback used to be. The Big Fish Sandwich was absolutely stunning as they were freshly hot and served with cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. Lastly, the Blackened Shrimp Tacos were delicious and almost one of a kind as always. Thanks to our server, we were suggested the fish sandwich as one of the most popular dishes and the tacos as the server’s preferred options. In total, we only spent $34 for dining. Remarkable food and service. Highly recommend to anyone passing by.

we ordered sirloin&shrimp (3.5/5), winter solstice surf and turf (4/5), crispy ribs (3.5/5) (too dry!!), linguine Alfredo(4/5), cup French onion (2.5/5), Zucchini fries(5/5). Overall it’s delicious meal~ yum yum

It’s been 7-8 years since the last time we were here. An old memory brought us back but the food kept us satisfied! Both our meals were delicious, i appreciate them greatly for having a mocktail menu! The desserts were banging, peanut butter pie and chocolate cake. All for around $70?? The price is fabulous!

It was super busy on a Saturday afternoon at 3 pm so that was a good indication of the quality. We both enjoyed our meals & we took home peanut butter pie for dessert. We should have gotten a piece each it was sooo good. Would definitely return.

Prices are a tad higher than average; however, we don't mind since the atmosphere and service are better than average. We typically sit at the bar. The bartender is always attentive, the food is always good, and the drinks always hit the spot. We've never had a complaint for the last 15 years we've been going there. Keep up the great work, Rachel's. Great food, great drinks, great service, and great atmosphere.

I had an amazing dinner at the bar and the bartender provided great service. The pork chop with chutney on cheesy grits was a home run.

Had an excellent dinner here in a Saturday night. The place was busy but we didn’t have any problem getting a table for 4. The shrimp tacos were delicious and there was a nice selection of beers on tap to choose from. Courteous staff and reasonable prices. I will eat here again.

I regret not visiting this place sooner. The atmosphere, the staff, the food selection was over the top! I ordered ordered the cauliflower covered in General Tso for an appetizer. Off the chart! My meal was the smoked chicken breast over horseradish mashed potatoes. AMAZING! I can't wait to go back!
